When I got pregnant with my first son, Samuel, I looked for a stylish diaper bag in almost every store that sells baby products! I would look, and look, and look, and nothing seemed to be as fashion-forward as I was looking for.
I just couldn’t find anything that was functional, yet stylish. I’m glad time passed and moms started stepping in this industry and creating amazing diaper bags that meet our needs, without forcing us to compromise on fashion!
Stylish Backpack Diaper Bag by Anchored East
I love my kids, and I want to be the best mom I can for them! But I also still want to be able to feel feminine and to wear clothes and accessories that will make me feel good about myself!
I want to have the freedom to play and run with them as much as I want to, all while still being the stylish wife my husband married. Maybe with a few extra pounds, some larger hips, and a much wider smile. 🙂
What I love about Anchored East’s Backpack Diaper Bag is that it not only is fashionable, but it has 9 pockets to help you carry everything you need for yourself and baby.
Inside, there is a handy aluminum insulated pocket, that helps maintain the temperature of baby’s drink for longer. There are also 3 stretchy pockets to help you organize clothes, bibs, or small items, and a zippered pocket.
This diaper bag was designed to be practical for busy moms who have their hands full. That’s why it stands alone and it has a wide framed zipper opening, that gives you easy access to what’s inside. It also comes with a waterproof changing mat with a modern chevron print.
I remember that one of the diaper bags I had in the past didn’t come with a waterproof changing mat! I had to wash it everytime it got wet. With a baby boy, you can already guess that this happened almost every day, huh? It was not practical at all, and I ended up purchasing another changing mat because of that.
The bag is super lightweight, but the inside is still huge. Now, I know this is a tough thing to visualize in pictures, so I threw Daniel’s teddy bear in there.
If you look closely, you can see that everything else I needed just fit right in. I have an extra change of clothes, diaper rash cream, diapers, wipes, and his cup on the left outside pocket.
A couple of months ago, when I had to travel abroad with the boys, I carried a regular backpack I had. It was a 24-hour trip, and the backpack straps were not padded. The bag was so heavy, that I spent probably around 3 days with terrible pain on my shoulders.
The Anchored East backpack diaper bag has breathable, mesh back padding that reduces stress on your body. It also has stroller straps, and I guarantee you that those reduce even more stress from your body!!
I found everything I wanted in this diaper bag! I just wish I had found it when baby #1 was born! Ha.
